Happy Easter! Today, most of the women in my family worked long and prepared a feast. Some of the courses were:
- Stuffed crown pork roast
- glazed ham
- fruit salad
- spinach salad w/ strawberries
- jell-O eggs
- sugar cookies
- carrot cake cupcakes
- mud pie
- stuffing
- multi-colored bread
- Au Gratin casserole
